ONLINE ORDERS
Orders placed on our website are not charged until they have been manually entered into our system.  Any errors will be fixed and the total adjusted prior to your credit card being charged. 

Please note: Our business hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm Pacific Standard Time.  All orders placed during the week will be processed right away and typically shipped out within 3 business days.  Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.

ERRORS
We do our best to maintain accuracy in our written prices and web content, but occasionally mistakes do occur.  We are not responsible for any typographical or technical errors.

PRICES
Due to market fluctuations beyond our control, all prices are subject to change without notice.  All dimensions and descriptions are approximate and subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT TERMS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover credit cards. We also accept payment in advance via cashiers check or money order. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please call your order into us at 1-800-959-2539, so that we can give you the correct total including shipping.  Sorry, we do not ship c.o.d.

FREIGHT TERMS
All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. Redding, CA. Freight charges will be added to your invoice total.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. If you desire special routing or carriers please specify when you place your order. Otherwise, shipment will be made in the most economic and direct manner possible.  Usually via UPS.  There is a $25.00 handling fee for priority rush shipments (the handling fees are in addition to the shipping costs).

If you are ordering wax, consider ordering 4 cases at a time so that you can take advantage of the UPS hundred weight service. It is much more cost affective, however, you must order a minimum of 200 lbs.

Please note: Aerosol cans can only ship ground.  Please do not request shipping via next day, 2nd day, or 3rd day.  If you do, then we will have to contact you to let you know the order can only ship ground and it will hold up the order processing time.

CLAIMS
If the goods are damaged in transit, the delivering transportation carrier is required by law to make a notation of the damages on the freight bill. If the damage is concealed, they are obligated to make an inspection after the merchandise is unpacked. In the above cases, the carrier should be charged with all loss or damage. We are not responsible for any damage in transit.

RETURNS AND SHORTAGES
No merchandise will be accepted for return unless authorization has been obtained from our office. All returns are subject to a 25% handling charge. Freight must be prepaid on all returns.

Discrepancies must be reported within 10 days after receipt of merchandise and returned within 30 days.
